I thought this would be a great dish to bring to a New Year's Eve Party.
This recipe is from a local restaurant chain know for their excellent hot artichoke dip. The appetizer can feed one or twelve. You can serve it cold or hot, but warming this dish brings out the flavor of all the ingredients. Enjoy and Happy New Year 2012!

Ingredients:

1 cup
mozzarella cheese, grated

1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated

1 cup
mayonnaise

pepper
-
1 (15 ounce) cans
artichokes
( drained and cut up)

garlic, minced

4 ounces
cream cheese

Corn chips/carrots sticks for dipping into the artichoke dip.
Directions:
- Combine mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese,
mayonnaise, pepper, artichoke, garlic, cream cheese
in a oven proof dish.
- Bake in 325 oven for 20 minutes. You can also use a small crock-pot to warm and serve.
- Serve with blue, yellow, red corn chips and carrots.
